Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein 6 (IGFBP6)
Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein 6 (IGFBP6) is found in serum, amniotic fluid and CSF. IGF-binding proteins prolong the half-life of the IGF-I and IGF-II and have been shown to either inhibit or stimulate the growth promoting effects of IGFs.
