Project Management Services at RBM

Clinical trial programs are inherently highly complex, and this complexity extends to biomarker testing. At RBM, we provide comprehensive support services, including Project Management. A dedicated project manager will work on behalf of the client to facilitate communication between the client and RBM laboratories. The project manager will guide the client through each phase of the project: project planning (phase I), execution/monitoring (phase II), and project closure (phase III). At each stage of the project, the project manager will ensure milestones are met, coordinate any changes during the project, and manage all project documents. The project manage service at RBM will ensure high quality biomarker data is delivered on time in order to meet clinical trial expectations.
