Nucleoside diphosphate kinase B (NDK B)
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase B (NDK B) is ubiquitously expressed but reduced in tumor cells of high metastatic potential. It plays a major role in the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates other than ATP. NDK B negatively regulates Rho activity by interacting with AKAP13/LBC and acts as a transcriptional activator of the MYC gene; binding DNA non-specifically. It exhibits histidine protein kinase activity.
