Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein 4 (IGFBP4)

Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein 4 (IGFBP4) is found in serum, follicular fluid, seminal fluid, interstitial fluid, and synovial fluid. IGF-binding proteins prolong the half-life of the IGF-I and IGF-II and have been shown to either inhibit or stimulate the growth promoting effects of IGFs.
